Small Church Initiative

No Church too Small
CSRM loves churches of all sizes! We even have a special initiative designed to assist churches who would like a sports, recreation, or fitness ministry but may not have the resources to make that happen. Churches come in all sizes, but a “small church” can be defined as a church with a pre-COVID weekly attendance of less than 250.
If your church fits this description, please know that CSRM is here to help! We can offer help through relational coaching (link to coaching section) - designed to help you evaluate, improve, or even begin a sports, recreation, or fitness ministry. We can also help you get into a network of other sports ministers through our emphasis on regional roundtables.
We can also assist in your ministry efforts by providing and pointing you to theologically sound resources such as online roundtable discussions, podcasts, books, and more! CSRM even has a way for you, or someone else at your church, to be certified as a sports minister!
Lastly, we would love to help get you connected to the annual REACHgathering.
