FCB Foundation was co-founded with Pastor Ronju and Rashal in 2016. Our mission is to spread the gospel and support the spiritual growth of individuals across six districts in northern Bangladesh.

Our core ministry areas include:
Church Planting & Evangelism – Establishing and growing house churches.
Discipleship & Leadership Development – Strengthening believers through training and mentorship.
Sports Ministry – Using sports as a tool for discipleship and outreach.

Currently, we have 19 house churches, and our community outreach efforts focus on spiritual growth, biblical teaching, and relationship-building through various Sports activities such as youth camps, sports events, and Bible training & workshops.

Rashal serves as the Director, Head Sports Coach, and Pastor of the Freedom Charitable Bangladesh Foundation (FCB Foundation)

He is married to his wife who is a passionate volleyball coach actively involved in the sports ministry, and they have one child.
