Consultation
​CSRM Consultation exists to equip local churches to change lives through Sports Outreach Ministry. We will come alongside local church leadership to aid them in fulfilling “Great Commission & Great Commandment” goals including:

• Evaluating existing programming strategy
• Determining strategies for greater outreach effectiveness
• Evaluating existing or planning for new facilities
• Providing recommendations for more effective & efficient utilization
• Assessing Church Staff
• Identifying solutions to enhance staff relationships, communication and effectiveness
• Assessing the church’s interests/needs related to sports, recreation, fitness and outreach

• Assessing the community’s interests/needs related to sports, recreation, and fitness
• Assisting in developing strategic ministry plans
  •  1 yr, 3-5 yr, 10 yr
• Assisting in designing Sport & Recreation facilities to best maximize outreach potential
• Assisting in implementing cost saving procedures and policies

Small Church Initiative

CSRM’s Small Church Initiative is designed to assist churches who would like a sports, recreation, or fitness ministry but may not have the resources, personnel, or facilities to make that happen. Churches come in all sizes, but a  “small church” can be defined as a church with a pre-COVID weekly attendance of less than 250.

Consultation - We would love to connect with you, hear your vision and passion for ministry and help you to develop realistic goals to use sports, recreation, or fitness ministry as a way to reach your community. At CSRM, we see this as a coaching relationship and we would be happy to walk alongside you to help make your vision a reality. No one understands a minister like a minister, so please let one of our staff members and their decades of ministry experience assist you today!

Certification - we currently have a way for you, or someone else at your church, to be certified as a sports minister though CSRM’s certification process. As a leader in equipping the local church to change lives through sports, recreation, and fitness ministries, this certification provides theological, philosophical, and methodological training from a reputable leader in this niche ministry!

Conferences - we would love to get you to participate in the annual REACH Gathering and other conferences that will be developed by CSRM.

Connections - we know that ministry is most effective because of relationships and networking. We want to help you get connected into or network with like-minded sports ministers who may even be in your geographic location!

Resources - we want to set you up for success in ministry! From podcasts, blogs, books, roundtables and more, help us equip you through our professional and theologically sound resources.
