Vision: 

Equipping local churches to change lives through sport.

Mission:

Train, Equip & Resource Local Church Staff & Volunteers, Mobilizing them to build bridges in their communities, for the purpose of leading people into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

Core Values:

1.      Commitment to World Evangelism by local churches through sport, recreation or activity based ministry

·       Each and every endeavor that a CSRM representative becomes involved in on behalf of the association, will be directed by our guiding principle “evangelism through the local church” and have as its end goal to enable or empower local churches to reach the world for Christ using sport, recreation or activity based ministry

·       All CSRM staff will prioritize individuals over and above tasks

·       All CSRM staff will maintain Biblical principles in all internal and external relationships

·       All CSRM staff will realize we exist to serve our members, not ourselves


6.      Commitment to local church involvement

·       All CSRM staff will be members of a local church and attend on a weekly basis

·       All CSRM staff will be involved in a local church sports ministry at least as a participant or volunteer


7.      Commitment to staff integrity

·       All CSRM staff will maintain Biblical lifestyles

·       All CSRM staff will have an accountability system (person or group)

·       All CSRM staff will be involved in raising financial support for the association

·       All CSRM staff will commit to personally, financially invest in CSRM in three ways:

o       Give personally

o       Get other individuals to give

o       Get your church to give
