POSITION: CSRM Director of Pod Casts/Video/Audio Connections
REPORTS TO: CSRM Executive Director
OVERALL EXPECTATIONS OF THE DIRECTOR:
The Director of Podcasts/Video/Audio Connections of the association of Church Sports & Recreation Ministers (CSRM) will ensure CSRM achieves its Vision, by maintaining its focus on its Mission, by overseeing CSRM “4C” strategy endeavors in a Geographic Region of North America and through the development of resources & services for Local Church Adult Sports Outreach.
The Director must be passionate about CSRM’s Vision/Mission and the Vision/Mission of CSRM must be the driving force behind his energy, enthusiasm and excitement. The Director will lead, serve, challenge, equip and inspire local church sports, recreation and fitness staff and volunteers as well as any CSRM staff, Board of Trustees and Volunteers he has cause to interact with, to accomplish the Vision/Mission of CSRM. In addition he will envision, plan for and implement resources & services for audio-visual connections.
OVERALL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
·Develop an overall vision/mission for initiating, developing and growing an ever expanding and robust digital repository of audio-video resources
SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
·Determine what equipment and resources are needed to see the development of CSRM’s digital initiatives·Oversee and expedite CSRM’s including the:oEnvisioning of the long term planoPlanning for and expediting the following§You Tube channel§Podcast endeavors§Webinars§Other
A yearly evaluation will be administered. It will consist of a two assessments, one by CSRM Executive Director and the second by Peers and/or members. These two assessments will be synchronized by the Executive Director, shared with the Board of Trustees and will be delivered both verbally and in writing by the Executive Director to the Regional Supervisor
The Executive Director reports to the CSRM Board of Trustees
All other CSRM staff report to the Executive Director
The Director will not:
