Online Bill Pay is the best option to donate through CSRM's $19 on the 19th Campaign. You can set this up through your own bank to save the hassle of writing checks (and it is completely free!).
Step 1. Sign up for CSRM's $19 on the 19th Campaign below.
Step 2. Log on to your bank's website and choose the online Bill Pay section.
Step 3. Once in the Bill Pay section, click on "Add a company or person to pay". (Your bank may word it differently.)
Step 4. You will need some or all of the following information:
Company Name: CSRM (or The Association of Church Sports and Recreation Ministers)
Address: 5350 Broadmoor Circle NW, Canton, OH 44709
Phone: (330) 493-4824
Bank Information: Bank name, routing number and account number are available by contacting CSRM at mwertz@csrm.org or calling the phone number above.
Step 5. Once CSRM is set up as a Payee, you can set up the payment to go out automatically (on the 19th or the best day that works for you).

You may choose to send CSRM a check for $19 on the 19th of each month.

The third option you may choose is to set up a monthly recurring donation through PayPal. Here is how to begin:
Step 1. Sign up for CSRM's $19 on the 19th Campaign below.
Step 2. Set up an account with PayPal (www.paypal.com). In order to send money through PayPal you will need to link your account with a credit card or bank account (Link Credit Card/Link Bank Account Instructions) which must be confirmed (Confirm Credit Card/Bank Account Instructions) before any money is sent. Once your account is set up and your credit card and/or bank accounts have been confirmed, you can set up your monthly donation(s) to CSRM.
Step 3. Click on the button below. You will be taken to the PayPal portal and be asked to login. Once logged in, you can agree to the terms of the campaign, change your default payment type (credit card or bank account) and update your address. Your PayPal account will be charged $19.00 per month for 12 months.

Please note that PayPal will charge the first donation to your account when you sign up and then in monthly installments from that date (not on the 19th of the month) for a period of 12 months. Also, please note that PayPal will charge CSRM approximately 5% of the total donation.
